Jason L. Kooyer { Performance Analyst }
After serving families of several local school districts for a few years as a youth caseworker I joined the CapTrust team in 2000. I was excited to begin a career of service in the investment consulting world. CapTrust has a deep commitment to carefully monitoring the portfolios of our clients. I gravitated toward the role of evaluating and presenting characteristics of these portfolios. As a certificate holder and member of the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement Association, it is my desire to provide the highest level of portfolio analysis and client reporting possible.
My life outside the office is filled with joy, literally. My wife Joy is a local third grade teacher, and we spend as much time as possible with our two young children—Julia and Harrison. As a family we enjoy swimming in the pool, reading children’s books, and participating in the activities of our church.
While we spend most of our time closer to home these days, we love to travel when given the opportunity. One of our recent trips took us to China where we provided support to Christian workers training teachers and students.
