I joined CapTrust in 2006 after spending several years in the auto-manufacturing industry. It has been a great journey learning our business and building relationships with my fellow team members and our clients. I love working with others to improve how we operate and execute business with our client’s experience in mind.
One life lesson that I have learned over the last few years has been how important my faith, family and friends are to me. In the spring of 2005 when I heard the words “you have cancer” I recognized that life is short and it put a lot into perspective. The Lord gave me peace and comfort by knowing that He is in control and would care for me and my family. I am so grateful that I am now cancer-free and I count each day I have as a blessing.
At home I love spending time with my wife and our four amazing children. We enjoy camping, going to the beach, building forts and running between tee-ball and soccer games. Of course, being born and raised in Alaska I will never turn down an opportunity to go hunting or fishing!
